We built a brand new custom built log home on 6 LAKEFRONT Acres! This is very private with only 1 other house visible from the property! The cabin is 3 bedroom 2 full bathrooms. The bedrooms are laid out as followed: Upstairs Bedroom has Queen Bed and full bathroom with double sinks and Shower. The main floor has 2 bedrooms: One queen Size and other custom built Log Twin Bunk beds.
We also have 2 roll away twin beds for extra guests.
The Great room has 3 french doors which overlook an 80 Acre Private Lake. The doors lead out to over 1000 Sqft wrap around deck. The Deck will be equipped with a Large grill, Patio furniture, and Hammock! The great room has sectional and kitchen table with seating for 6.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, stove, refrigerator, pots, pans, plates, utensils and more! The kitchen features granite counter tops and under mount sink.
A bit about the lake
The lake is over 80 Acres Fully stocked with Pickerel, Bass, Catfish, and panfish. Included with the rental we have a V hull rowboat, 5 Person Paddle Boat, and a double Kayak! All boats are included with your rental but must be used at your own risk.
The property features a private peninsula which features a large dock for your enjoyment. We now have a circular patio with a fire pit for your enjoyment. Sit back on Adirondack chairs and enjoy lake views and breeze!
Plenty of wood on site for the fire pit.
The basement has also been finished with couches, a foosball table, and a pool table for your enjoyment!
Cooperstown Dream Park in Oneonta is only about 20 minutes away!
