What Our Happy Cabin Renters Say!

My wife and I spent several lovely days at the Pines Cabin on Lake Albanese with two of our dogs. The cabin and property were clean, lovely, cozy, well stocked, secluded but still close enough to buy supplies in town. The kitchen, BBQ, laundry, indoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit & hot tub were all clean and in perfect working order. The wifi & electronics all worked great too. We had absolutely no complaints. The fact that the rental is pet friendly let us bring our dogs & explore many local state parks.

Sadly, it was a bit too cold to use the kayaks. We hope to book next year a few weeks earlier so we can make more use of the lake.

PS: There are games in the bottom drawer of the dresser in the room with the bunk beds!!
The communication was great, and the property was wonderful. The cabin has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing time away.
Perfect getaway for a break from the city. Cabin and facilities were basically in brand new condition and exactly as described. Each area/cabin is spaced out well and has tons of beautiful trees for privacy. Very convenient and great communication by owner throughout. Highly recommended! 5/5
I gotta give a huge thanks to Michael who was able to accommodate me and my family last minute.

We had reserved for camping outside in an open field however due to the change of weather (windy, rainy & Cold), it was impossible for us to stay in a tent. Unfortunately the lady we reserved with didn't offer any other option and simply said that tomorrow should have a better weather and simply said, "enjoy" and left.

It was Friday evening about 9:30pm-10pm and we were stranded in the middle of a field with nowhere to spent the night but in our cars which was full of camping gear and our traveling bags so it wouldve been very uncomfortable to sleep there due to the tight space.

We were checking online for a hotel or cabin to sleep that night and unfortunaletely all were booked. And it was about a 4 hour drive to go back home and we were all tired of driving.

Thank God I found Catskills Cabin Rentals online and called and hope that someone would answer.

Michael was the one who answered the phone and told us that there was a cabin but it didn't have power so at this point it was all or nothing. We asked how much would it be for a night. Eventually Michael was able to accommodate us to stay for that night in the Eugene Lake cabin which had power and heat. We thank him so much for having compassion on us because he could've accommodate us in a cabin with no power and we would've been thankful anways since i know this was late at night and last minute.

He informed us that the cabin Lake Eugene was aready book for Saturday so we could only stay the night and leave on Saturday morning by 11am and we agreed. He also told us that if we're interested to stay another night, he can accommodate us in another cabin and have it ready by 12pm on Saturday and we agreed as well.

Lake Eugene cabin had a great and beautiful view of the lake and every room was organized and clean. It had 2 rooms upstairs, 1 room in the ground floor and 2 rooms in the basement. We were able to spent a beautiful night with my family afterall. We loved the pool table in the basement and had lots of fun playing.

By 12:20pm on Saturday, we arrived to the other cabin called: Hidden Acres Cabin & Loft and accommodated us through email by sending intructions in regards to the lock box code, tv and wifi and if we were interested in Kayaking. He also emailed us directions to the lake near by and the garbage disposal. We loved the 2nd cabin: Hidden Acres, as well since it was very clean and organized. The main cabin had 3 rooms and the loft had 1 extra room with 2 queen beds and a living room with kitchen.

Lake Eugene and Hidden Acres were great cabins.

I loved every minute inside these cabins and will definitely return. Thank you once again to Michael and God bless him and his family.
We really enjoyed the nice cozy and quiet cabin and all its amenities. All the appliances worked well, and the property was beautiful. Highly recommend!! Will definitely visit again.
Amazing house! Great location, extremely clean, prompt response from owner. Would love to return!
Lake Albanese is a beautiful place..
Heaven on earth. The most remarkably spectacular place. It is the most warm, inviting and magical place. It immediately feels like home when you walk in the door. Most special place. Made memories to last a lifetime and can't wait to come back again. We stayed at the water bungalow cabin. It was clean and so convenient. We woke up to deer passing by, coffee on the deck over the water and nice walks through the woods. We enjoyed kayaking, the row boats and sitting by the outdoor fire pit watching the amazing colors and sunsets. The water floor was great to see little bass swim by. So relaxing.
Was a beautiful house, very clean, spacious , quiet, perfect place for a family get away.
